Princess Sun Hotel, Kiotari

I recently had a lovely stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and I was impressed by the spacious and clean rooms. The pool area was great, and while the dining experience was quite good with a nice variety, the service at the pool bar could improve. The only downside was the steep hill leading to the hotel and that it felt a bit remote, but overall, it was a nice getaway.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the staff was friendly and approachable, and the location was decent with easy access to the beach and amenities, I ran into issues with room cleanliness and dining. The food quality was subpar, and I found the restaurant hygiene quite alarming, which significantly impacted my stay.

The hotel boasts beautiful views and modern rooms, but the dining options leave much to be desired with limited choices and poor quality food. The staff's attitude could also use some improvement, as several interactions felt unfriendly, which detracted from the overall experience. While the pool area is well-kept and offers ample sunbeds, the noise from housekeeping and the unresponsive staff regarding room changes were significant downsides.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pools were amazing, offering plenty of space to enjoy. While the dining options were decent, some meals became a bit repetitive over our two-week stay. The location is quite nice, but be prepared for a bit of a hill to get there, which might not be ideal for everyone.
